Can I add products to my existing order?
Items can be added to existing lay-by orders however a deposit may be requested depending on your outstanding amount owing, the demand and quantity of the product.
How does your lay-by work?
Lay-by is available for orders over $50.00, you can spend up to $250.00 per order. A deposit guarantees your order is reserved and all items are mark as sold.
Where are you located?
We are located in Wattle Downs, Auckland – pick up is not available at this time.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been confirmed with us we will provide you with our Company Bank Account (ASB). Please use your FULL NAME as the reference when making payments.
Do you do pre-orders / holds?
We want to keep you updated as much as possible! Keep an eye out for our COMING SOON & NEW ARRIVALS posts to reserve items, a small deposit is required. Due to high demand we are unable to HOLD items without a deposit.
What brands do you order?
We currently order from Anastasia Beverly Hills, MORPHE, Kylie Cosmetics, Tarte, Colourpop and Gerard Cosmetics. We are always looking at expanding the brands we have available.
Do you do bulk deals?
Unfortunately we do not offer bulk deals, all items are sold separately excluding shipping unless otherwise stated.
Do you have proof of authenticity?
We can guarantee that all our stock is 100% authentic, all proof of purchase is available on request, feel free to contact us for more information.
Where do you order your products from?
All our stock is purchased directly from the brand itself, we do not purchase goods from re-sellers and we do not tolerate replicas on this page. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
When can I get products that are out of stock?
If you’ve missed out on products you’re wanting to get your hands on, we are constantly restocking the most popular brands to keep up with the high demand. We are trying our very best to have stock constantly available to satisfy all your makeup needs.

We are happy to provide a full refund only if the product that you have received has been damaged. A full refund will be processed once we have received the damaged goods, we kindly ask that you ship to the SENDER address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with your tracking number, delivery times vary depending on the service you select. Tracked shipping can take up to 3 working days, courier parcels have a delivery target for the next working day.
When is my order shipped?
Layby orders are shipped in full once you’ve made the final payment towards your outstanding balance, if items are paid in full your goods are shipped once funds have cleared into our account.
